Atwater Place was the first residential tower designed by the nationally recognized architect Thomas Hacker and was completed in 2008. There are just over 200 luxury residential units total in Atwater Place, including 5 townhomes on the south side of the building. The building sits adjacent to the Willamette River and offers amazing views of the Mt. Hood, Downtown Portland, and the West Hills from almost every condo.
Every home in Atwater Place has the prestigious LEED Gold Certification and the project has been recognized nationally as a leading example of large-scale green building. Highlights of the building’s emphasis on efficiency include eco-roofs, high-performance windows to controls temperatures, and non-toxic finishes.
The condos at Atwater Place range in size from around 1000 to more than 3700 square feet. Finishes are of the highest quality including hardwood floors, wool carpets, gourmet appliances (sub-zero, viking), and designer fixtures. The building has a furnished community room, secure underground parking for residents, and a 24-hour concierge.
