Southeast Portland is one of the most vibrant areas of Portland. SE connects to downtown Portland with the Hawthorne and Broadway bridges, both morning and evening you’ll see bike riders from SE Portland zooming over the bridges to work. The unique vibe of SE is due in part to the mix of residential and commercial zoning. Burnside, Belmont, Hawthorne and Division Streets create a true sense of community with the highest concentration of outstanding restaurants in the Portland area.

Homes for sale in Southeast Portland range from small cottages and bungalows to very large craftsman and colonials. Southeast Portland real estate tends to be of the 1910-1940 vintage plus some very nice modern and “green” urban infill construction. The highest end neighborhoods include Laurelhurst, Eastmoreland,  and Waverly. To the south Sellwood / Moreland and Eastmoreland are the most well known neighborhoods with two great parks, Eastmoreland golf course and the “Town Center” area of Sellwood.
