Hallinan is a large Lake Oswego neighborhood that sits where Oswego Lake and the Willamette River nearly meet each other. Freepons Park is 5.9 acres and offers more traditional park amenities such as picnic tables, a playground, and plenty of open and wooded space – depending on your adventure.
