I am going out on a limb and say the Portland market has hit bottom and its going to get better from here. The reason I say this is that I have been looking at the neighborhood level trends and can see signs of improvement throughout the market. Westover Real Estate is no exception. I am cautiously optimistic and above $2,000,000 we don’t really see any movement BUT…the units sold for Q3 2010 were higher the highest in three years and the absorption increased.
